During the impressive 2001-2005 stretch every team made the playoffs and every team had a winning record with each team winning a share or outright district championship. The 2005 season capped the end of half a decade of palo duro football with a successful winning record and a district championship, since the 2005 football season there has not been a team with a winning record to date from PDHS.
